  • Provision of digitisation, documentation, digital curation, interpretation, and promotion of cultural heritage assets.
  • Design, development, implementation, and delivery of digital products for the management of cultural information.
  • Design, development, and implementation of communication, publicity, marketing, and information services/products.
  • Provision of consultancy services in the planning, preparation, submission, management, and implementation of national and European co-funded and non-co-funded programmes.
  • Preparation of studies and the management/implementation of projects in cultural management and cultural tourism.

We consider that the quality, reliability, and validity of our services are what define and ensure high levels of satisfaction for those who rely on us. For this reason, we regard quality as a fundamental priority and obligation. We are committed to the continuous improvement of the quality of our services and processes, as well as of the Quality Management System itself.

Our aim is the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, tailored to meet our needs. We are committed to maintaining, developing, and improving this Management System on an ongoing basis, with the primary objectives of ensuring consistent quality, enhancing the reliability of our services, guaranteeing the continuous availability of necessary resources, improving our effectiveness, and delivering services that meet both the specified requirements of interested parties and the applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.

To achieve this:

  • We will continuously improve existing mechanisms and processes, enriching them with new, modern, and innovative practices by leveraging our knowledge and experience.
  • We will ensure that this policy is available to all interested parties and will communicate our commitment to high-quality service provision and continuous improvement.
  • We will always take quality considerations into account in every new activity and service we undertake.
  • We will monitor our processes and implement the necessary corrective actions, where required, to resolve issues and eliminate errors and deficiencies.
  • We will always operate within a framework of mutual respect, trust, constructive cooperation, and effective communication, recognising that Quality is everyone’s responsibility.
